What is Freeletics?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Freeletics allows for\u00a0an effective workout that focuses on fat burning and building muscles. The exercises are\u00a0so-called HIT<\/strong> (high intensity training) and HIIT<\/strong> (high intensity interval training) workouts. There's\u00a0no need for any special equipment. All exercises can be done by using your own bodyweight!<\/strong><\/p>\n
