Freeletics Food Guide


The Freeletics Food Guide, (also known as the Freeletics Nutrition Guide) is one of the 3 main components of Freeletics, the other two being Freeletics Coach and the Freeletics app.

Indeed, nutrition is an extremely important element so that Freeletics can help you not only stay fit, but also look great, particularly in a bathing suit. “Garbage in, garbage out” is the saying — and that also applies to nutrition.

Everyone has a more or less toned six pack. Unfortunately, you can’t notice most people’s abs because they are generally hidden underneath a layer of fat! The goal of nutrition is to:

  • Provide your body with the necessary nutrients to stay fit and build muscle,

Throughout the 15-week Freeletics program, a new nutrition tip is activated through your membership every week.
